Project Profile: The Tides at Bridgeside

Following Hurricane Wilma, The Tides at Bridgeside experienced heavy damage to the roof of the 16 floor condominium.  The 23, 694 sq. ft. of  roof needed to be removed from the high-rise and replaced without disrupting the 246 unit owners.

Having a considerable amount of experience working with complicated projects such as a high-rise condo located on the waterway with limited access, Best Roofing was hired for the project. Best Roofing performed a moisture survey, tore off the existing roof, and replaced the roof with a GAF 60 mil Fleece-Back TPO Single Ply Membrane Roofing System.  In our own sheet metal shop, we fabricated  all sheet metal flashing areas. Additionally, we replaced over 800 pieces of Spanish clay tile and approximately 100 ridge caps.  We provided the condo with a 15 year manufacturer's warranty as well as a two year labor and material warranty from Best Roofing.  And because maintenance is a key element in extending the life of a roofing system, the Tides signed on for Best Roofing's Umbrella Guarantee maintenance program.
