Is Your Building Hurricane Ready?

Well, it's official. The first tropical storm of the season, Emily, is forming in the Caribbean.  Just in time for our Hurricane Preparedness class we're hosting on Tuesday, August 10th.   We've partnered with Azucena (Susie) Soto, Vice President of Advance Consulting Engineering Services to present a two- hour class on preparing your building and condo for hurricane readiness.   Topics we plan on discussing include:

• hurricane codes
• insurance vs warranties
• water intrusion
• roof preparation
• complete building preparedness (walls, windows, shutters, doors)

All property managers, condo boards, building owners and commercial tenants and facility managers should attend. Don't be scared. Be prepared.
