Sam Tikriti is the Chief Executive Officer of Best Roofing Services, the leading provider of roofing solutions in Florida. He brings over 25 years of extensive international experience across North America, Europe, and the Middle East in all facets of the commercial construction industry.
As the former President & COO of Volumetric Building Companies, Sam directed global operations for one of the largest vertically integrated volumetric modular businesses worldwide. His leadership was instrumental in enhancing the company’s manufacturing capabilities across the US and Europe.
Sam's transformative leadership at Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services, where he served as Senior Vice President, was marked by restructuring organizational operations to scale business capabilities, upgrade operating systems, and optimize performance. While at Modular Space Corporation, Sam held the role of Vice President, overseeing various business units.
He strategically guided North America’s largest modular space provider, managing operational and financial responsibilities, long-range planning, and strategic growth across eight regions. Earlier in his career, Sam worked in traditional design-build with a focus on K-12 projects and architectural services within the healthcare industry. Sam holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University.
