Bobby Haddix serves as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Best Roofing, where he has been a key member of the leadership team since joining the company in 2014. He began his career at Best Roofing as a Construction Manager and quickly advanced through a series of leadership roles, including Senior Construction Manager, where he oversaw operations managers in both the Miami and Fort Lauderdale markets. He later served as Vice President of Construction Operations before assuming his current role.
Bobby provides strategic oversight for the Construction, Service, and Estimating departments, as well as the Warehouse, Mechanics, and Logistics divisions. With more than 23 years of experience in the roofing industry, he is known for his deep operational expertise and his commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and the implementation of best practices. His leadership has played an important role in strengthening Best Roofing’s reputation as a trusted leader in the commercial roofing industry.
Outside of work, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is also an avid fisherman and regularly participates in local bass fishing tournaments.
