MANAGER OF SERVICE OPERATIONS 

Debbie Pujol leads the Service Department at Best Roofing, overseeing day-to-day operations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responsive communication, and fast, reliable turnaround for every service call. She works closely with homeowners, condominium communities, and businesses to ensure each client feels supported from the first report of an issue through resolution.

Debbie’s path to leadership reflects her deep understanding of Best Roofing’s service operations. She began her career with the company as a receptionist, advanced to Time and Material Coordinator, and now leads the department as Manager of Service Operations. Clients consistently recognize her responsiveness and genuine care when addressing roof leaks and service needs, and she was honored internally with the company’s "We Before Me" award for her team-first mindset.

In her current role, Debbie remains focused on strengthening the Service Department’s performance while supporting the growth of Best Roofing’s newly launched residential roof replacement division. She is committed to raising the bar for service excellence and helping her team deliver the care, quality, and dependability that have defined her career at Best Roofing.

Outside of work, Debbie is an avid collector who attends movie and television conventions twice a year with her husband, where they meet stars, take photos, and collect autographs. Her collection includes signed Funko Pops, comic books, and movie memorabilia.
