Barbara King serves as Vice President of HR Operations at Best Roofing, where she leads the company's Human Resources strategy with a focus on organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. As a member of the executive leadership team, Barbara partners closely with company leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while fostering a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and business operations, Barbara has built her career by helping organizations navigate growth, organizational change, and complex workforce challenges. Her expertise spans talent management, leadership development, compensation strategy, employee relations, organizational design, benefits administration, compliance, and risk management. Known for her collaborative leadership style and practical approach, Barbara is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening workplace culture, and implementing solutions that create lasting value for both employees and the organization.

Outside of Best Roofing, Barbara enjoys mentoring emerging HR professionals and giving back to the profession through leadership and community involvement. She is a published co-author and an advocate for women in leadership who is passionate about helping others grow both personally and professionally. A proud second-generation Cuban American, Barbara treasures time with her two adult children and her beloved four-legged children, who keep life full of joy, laughter, and unconditional love.
