T.J Maxx is conveniently located off of the Florida Turnpike at the intersection of 117^th Avenue and Sunset Drive in Miami, Florida. The plaza is in the central part of West Kendall market, which is also accompanied by various amounts of retailers and service providers. The scope of work for this department store was extensive. Our roofing specialist experienced a few challenges during the project. First, unexpected weather prevented our crew from working during the day. In addition, the mechanically attached roof had too many fasteners. Therefore, we increased production by adding additional roof specialist to the project. The, 200,000 square foot project, was completed in less- than five months! Like most of our projects, we include a 20 year warranty to ensure that T.J Maxx received the highest quality of service and assurance.
