Portofino Tower is a residential skyscraper located in Miami Beach. Established in 1997, it's approximately 484 ft. tall and contains 44 floors. Located at the South of Fifth Street neighborhood. Portofino contains eight different floor plans ranging from 1,000-6,000 square feet. Amenities include swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, full-time concierge service, recreation room, and four-story lobby.

Best Roofing Miami Commercial company was working on multiple contracts, wrapping this job up within the year. Best Roofing worked on a total of 5 patios and 3 lower penthouses ranging 8,000 square feet in total. Since the work was done on the 42^nd floor, Best Roofing had to operate a cable to transport material with a staging platform. Loading materials was a task since Miami Beach does require a lot of regulations. Another objective was loading the dumpster with trash and left-over material. The roof installed was Soprema Modified Title with liquid applied flashing, with a 20-Year Material Warranty. Best Roofing once again exceeded their clients' expectations with a timely execution!
