Best Roofing was contracted to install a new roofing system on the 8,7500 square ft. property. Our roof specialists removed all of the built-up roof down to the tectum roof deck, proceeding with the installation of a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system. This new roofing system is highly resistance to ultraviolet, ozone, and chemical exposure, keeping the interiors thermally comfortable on hot summer days while reducing air conditioning costs. Although this project was considered less challenging compared to other projects, our team worked hard, exceeding the customers' expectations and ensuring a quality experience.
