MARINA COVE AT HARBOR VILLAGE

The Marina Cove at Harbor Village is located in the City of Aventura, Florida and is part of Harbor Village community boundaries in the neighborhood of Waterways at Aventura. Marina Cove is a townhouse gated community with 97 townhomes and was built in 1989.

Best Roofing was contracted to remove the existing roof system on buildings H ,G, D & C. Once on the site we detected numerous areas of deteriorated stucco walls. It was necessary to replace and repair those areas as needed. There was also structural support beams that were deteriorated and L metal flashing as well. It was necessary to remove and replace 1,152 square feet of deteriorated plywood deck on building H, replace 960 square feet of deteriorated plywood deck on building G, and repair a total of 150' of structural 2" x 4" supports on buildings H and G. Best Roofing performed all repairs and replaced the tile roofing system on four buildings.
