DOLPHIN MALL

Dolphin Mall is located in Sweetwater, Florida is a shopping mall consisting of over 240 retail outlets with a total of 1,400,000 square feet of retail selling space. Opened in 2001 Dolphin Mall is the largest retail value shopping center in Miami-Dade County and the first of four Taubman Centers malls to open that year.

The architecture of the mall is like the "Mills" outlet malls owned by Simon Property Group, which is Dolphin's main competitor. The mall is divided in three sections: Playa (Beach), Ramblas (Boulevards) and Moda (Fashion) and has nine zones.

Best Roofing was contracted to enhance protection on their existing roof by creating a super highway with ramps. We removed shingles all the way to the plywood, put in a dense deck on top of the fibertite membrane.
