CYPRESS CHASE CONDOMINIUMS

Cypress Chase Condominiums are located near the Florida Turnpike and Oakland Park Blvd in Lauderdale Lakes. This particular project included two large buildings and the neighborhood clubhouse. The property was built 35 years ago and the roof needed to be removed. Best Roofing was contracted to remove and then replace all three roofs on the existing buildings according to the Florida Building Code. The double-layer tear off began on March 23, 2016. During the tear off process, the team ran into challenge number one, spalling concrete. It was possible that if the experts did not take the necessary precaution, the roof would have collapsed. Thankfully, concrete restoration equipment was quickly retrieved by the team of experts as soon as the spalling was spotted. Challenge number two was operating during the rainy season. It was imperative that the project manager closely monitored weather forecast to ensure the safety of his team and also meeting customers' expectations on delivery and performance. In addition, due to excessive rain ponding became an area of concern and needed to continuously be pumped. The experts faced a few encounters but upheld diligence. The white insulation that was installed reduced energy cost and resulted in a cooler home for the tenants. The project was a success for both the client and Best Roofing. The team is looking forward to maintaining a positive relationship with Cypress Chase and assisting in any of their roofing needs. The completion date was on December 16, 2016 with a 20 year manufactured warranty!
