About BELLE TERRE
After Hurricane Wilma, Belle Terre hired an out-of-state roofing company to repair their damaged facility. After starting the work, the roofing company that originally was hired abandoned the project and left the client with major problems. Best Roofing was hired to finish the project. We replaced both roofing systems with energy efficient systems in the high pedestrian medical complex of Seven (7) - 2 and 3 story buildings.
What we did:
Secured area for demo of roof, removed existing flat roof, and tile mansard
Installed new concrete deck - 10,403 sf, metal deck - 8,332sf, and slopped 36,689 sf.
Completed the installation of the new roof in 40 days-(20 days earlier than initial completion time)
