AQUARIUS TOWERS CONDOMINIUMS

The Aquarius Towers Condominiums were built in 1973 and strategically placed on Ocean Drive in Hollywood, Florida. This luxurious beachfront building is minutes away from the Hollywood Boardwalk Entertainment District, Gulfstream Horse Racing Casino Complex and Adventura mall. The building is approaching its 50th anniversary. Even though the building is in good condition, the roof was deteriorating. The removal and replacement of the existing roof had become a necessity. Best Roofing was the first to be contacted and was later contracted to diligently remove and replace the flat- roof system. The five week project faced a few obstacles. To begin, the heated pool is one of the more popular amenities offered to the residents at the Aquarius Towers. Therefore there is constant traffic revolving around the pool deck. After careful consideration to guarantee the safety of the residents and the Best Roofing crew, it was decided to place barricades along the main entrance of the pool deck to prevent possible injuries from the roof tear-off. Traffic was then directed to the buildings' adjacent door. The community includes multiple high-rise buildings and roof disposal was a major concern. The solution was to strategically maneuver a garbage truck around the building so the crew can deposit the trash without dust and debris affecting the passing civilians. Nevertheless, the 3,486 square foot project was completed in approximately five weeks with a 20 year material warranty. Best Roofing once again exceeded their clients' expectations with a timely execution!
