Annually Condo Craze and HOAs hosts a local Board Certification seminar. The purpose of this is to inform the Board members laws and regulations of what is happening within in the communities. Every year as a participating commercial roofing company Best Roofing attends to educate the Board members and Property Managers the services, we offer such as; waterproofing, roof restoration and roof replacement. During this opportunity Best Roofing takes advantage in networking for potential clients and building relationships among the Condo Craze community.
