Best Roofing was contacted to do a roof inspection and perform a roof replacement on the entire property. Our roof specialists removed the existing roof and replaced it with a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system. This roofing system was designed to help reduce cooling costs and decrease the amount of carbon emissions, keeping the surface of the roof and the building cool especially during summer months. Our biggest challenge on this project was job planning with the tenants of each store since we did not want to disrupt their schedules. The completion date was June 30, 2016 with a 20 year warranty!
