THE TIDES AT BRIDGESIDE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM

Situated only 3 blocks from the beach, and located between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, Tides at Bridgeside Square is a 16-story condominium with 246 residential units. Best Roofing was contracted to repair the tile roof and replace the existing flat roof and install an energy efficient white reflective roofing system.

All metal was fabricated in our in-house metal fabrication shop. We provided a fifteen (15) fifteen year manufacturer's warranty and a two (2) year labor and material warranty from Best Roofing. Additionally, the Condo chose to enroll in our yearly maintenance program with our Umbrella Guarantee.
