Formally the Alba Hotel, which opened in 1925, The Palm Beach Biltmore is a unique complex that was converted to condominiums throughout the 1970′s with architect Eugene Lawrence. Traditional old world elegance with gracious marble foyers, high ceilings, 24 hour security and concierge service, this 128 unit complex with 11 floors is situated directly on the Intracoastal with outstanding views.
What We Did:
- Completely replaced two (2)- twelve story buildings and bell towers with Spanish "S" tile, and an energy efficient roofing system on the flat roof
- Provided manufacturer's warranty and Best Roofing warranty
- Provided a Best Roofing "Umbrella Maintenance Guarantee"
- Project was completed in 280 days
