About: Flagler Station is a compound of office buildings and warehouses located in the Medley area of Miami. With nearly 10.5 million square feet at full build out, Flagler Station is the largest business park in South Florida. Best Roofing was contracted to remove the existing roof system and replace it with 2" insulation and a FiberTite roof membrane. Along with that came removing abandoned mechanical and electrical equipment and upgrading it to code compliance. This job was finished in record time of two weeks, putting down just north of 10,000 square feet daily. The only challenge that was encountered was coordinating with the tenants.
