Serving the design community for 30 years, the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) has the finest campus amenities and showrooms in the industry. Best Roofing was contracted to replace the roof of their showroom in Dania Beach. This location is one of the largest design campuses of its kind. They offer fine indoor and outdoor furniture, fabrics, flooring, lighting, kitchen, bath, antiques, accessories, appliances, window treatments, decorative hardware, paint and surfacing.

This project began by removing the existing roof of the 68,212 sq. ft. property. One of the biggest challenges our team had to deal with was the disposal of the trash accumulated from the tear off process. We could not place a trash container around the property for which we had to send a crane everyday to pick up the waste. Besides the installation of a new roof system, our roof specialists also replaced all the drains on the roof. This project was completed on time and within budget. We can call this a successful project!
