Different flat roof areas surrounded by sloped tile roofs, we ran into a lot of bad plywood decking and rotten joist along with termite damaged. On part of the slope roof areas we had to rebuild part of the front drive thru which was ate thru with termites.We did the complete roof removal on the flat roof areas and on the sloped roof areas along with installing new tile roof and a new TPO roof on the flat sections while the country club continued to remain open. |
