Have you ever worked with a lot of different personalities before? Yes? No? Add a lot of rain to that. The job we did at Congress Corporate Plaza was just that, we dealt with a variety of personalities since there are different tenants in the building. It took 60 days to put down a 51,000 square feet of Fibertite Roofing System and we also upgraded the buildings insulation to an R-19 with a brand new white reflective energy efficient roof, talk about a great payback in the electric bill! The plaza has a 5 year Best Roofing Warranty and a 20 year NDL Labor and Material. We finished the job with happy clients since we did it on time, and on budget.
