Project: Following Hurricane Wilma, Best Roofing was contracted to assist with the church's insurance settlement as well as replace the roof. The steeple had been leaking for over 40 years and the roof was in poor condition. Best Roofing conducted an energy analysis on the insulation and installed R-19 value of insulation to the roof deck, reducing the heating & A/C costs of the building. We then replaced the ceramic tile roofing system with an energy efficient standing seam white metal roofing system and provided a twenty (20) year labor & material warranty.
