About the Project: Based out of South Miami Heights region right off the Florida Turnpike, Assurant is a worldwide insurance company that helps customers protect what matters the most to them. Having two different buildings with several divisions they help serve customers and clients in the US and selected worldwide markets.
Best Roofing was contracted to replace the roofing system of two buildings equaling 92,180 sq. ft. with a Suprema modified 3 ply roof system that was mechanically attached to the concrete deck.
Project Duration: 16 months
Warranty: 20 years
Special Challenge: All the work had to be done at night.
