Upon completion of a moisture survey, it was determined that the 43,145 square foot roof on the Chase Bank Office Building was a candidate for a roof recovery system. Best Roofing removed the wet insulation from the designated areas per the moisture survey prior to installing a complete energy efficient roofing system. Best roofing also installed 24 new panel skylights as well as waterproofing the parapet walls. Along with Best Roofing's Workmanship Warranty and Maintenance Agreement in addition to the manufacturer's 20 year warranty.
