Fun Fact: When the Best Roofing crew started removing the existing roof system on Sudduth, they got a big surprise - it was installed with metal spikes. 10,000+ metal spikes that had to be removed by hand without compromising the concrete deck below. Extremely labor intensive, but they got the job done in a timely fashion with no structural damage to the deck.
