This office condominium complex with 15,422 square feet is comprised of three-story buildings the complex includes a covered underground parking garage for tenants and employees. Located off Yamato road and North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, after having our Forensic Roof Specialists checkout the jobsite to present to the property manager on behalf of Best Roofing, Sanctuary Centre management awarded us the job as their commercial re-roofing specialists. Throughout the job, thankfully there were no issues. All inspections had passed which kept the job running smoothly throughout each phase. Best Roofing is looking forward to maintaining an on-going relationship with Sanctuary Centre and will be there whenever service is needed in the near future.
