About: Pompano Beach Club North Tower is a high rise residential building on the beach. Best Roofing was contracted to remove the previous roof system and replace it with 2.5" insulation and a Fibertite roof membrane. Due to the height of the building safety was very crucial for this project. Our men had to be tied off as well as debris had to be tied daily to assure nothing flew onto A1A with the high winds that our men experienced. Other than the danger of the height of the building and the high winds brought to the project, parking was very limited so we were able to alleviate that issue by using a hydraulic hoist.
