Located in Coral Gables, Palermo Building was contracted by Best Roofing for roof replacement. As our team properly planned our truck situation due to limited parking to load materials. We had to arrive at the jobsite early in the morning to unload materials, since space was restricted, and the low electrical wires didn't allow the crane to fit. Still, Best Roofing commercial Miami delivered on time to provide the best quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, the 4,800 square foot project was completed in three weeks with installment of an TPO roofing system that included a 20-year material warranty.
