• Installed new Metal Roof panels (approximately 2,300 square feet) where they were missing, as per code and the manufacturer's recommendation
• Replaced all perimeter wood nailers and coping cap that was blown off by Hurricane Wilma
• Installed R-30 Insulation
• Installed one (1) Layer of white reflective membrane over the insulation, as per manufacturer's recommendations
• Installed one (1) Layer of white reflective membrane up and over the walls as per manufacturer's recommendations
• All penetrations were detailed as per the manufacturer's specifications
• Provided a twenty (20) year labor and material warranty
