Located in Hollywood, 1949 Johnson shopping plaza was contracted by Best Roofing to replace the existing roof. Even though the customer had made changes to the building after the bid that included adding parapet walls to two sides of the building, which then changed the scope of work. The existing metal deck was in poor condition and required additional deck replacement. There was also unexpected coordination during the install due to new A/C and exhaust fans being installed. Best Roofing Contractors did comply in a timely manner, to get the job completed the new tenants revamped the shopping plaza into a Colombia Restaurant. Best Roofing uses the best products available to deliver high quality work to our clients. We completed this project by installing a TPO roofing system, which included a 20 Year material warranty.
